Riverway Studio - Comedy on Demand (C.O.D.)

Riverway Studio's Comedy On Demand (C.O.D.), a popular improvisational comedy troupe based in East Haddam, Connecticut, has been playing to packed houses since 2003.

Their hilarious shows consist of skits, songs, and improvisational games using suggestions provided by the audience who are frequently invited to become part of the show by joining in the on-stage antics.

Comedy On Demand's credits include shows at Foxwoods Casino; Brew-Ha-Ha at the Florence Griswold Museum; Etch 'n Sketch at The Chester Meeting house; Laughs on the Half-Shell at Cherrystones restaurant in Old Lyme, CT; and A.D.D. TV, a spoof of the latest reality television craze, at the Iron Chef in Essex, CT.

Fundraising events include benefits for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer, Hospice art therapy programs, and Musicares fund for Hurricane Katrina victims.

C.O.D. was founded in 2003 by Ira Sakolsky, creative director and co-owner of the Riverway Studio along with his wife Monica. Ira studied improvisation under Paul Sills, founder of the legendary Second City improv theatre company.
